Easter, 9 Avril 2007

We had quite a unique Easter. Sam worked on Friday, we got stuck overnight in Cavaillon on Saturday, and spent quite a little bit of Sunday arvo napping. But Sunday night, not only did we celebrate Easter, but we did Passover too, so we did it with no wheat and a little creativity.

The menu:
Entrée:
Tomato, basil and garlic salad, with optional matza (to make bruschetta you schmuck)

Main:
Potato and parsley salad, in mustard dressing
Crumbed fish pieces

Dessert:
Chocolate shaped as eggs, croissants, baguettes and pain au chocolates
Admit it, you’d have thought it was gourmet if I’d written it in French.
